PylePC services mostly user and software/hardware support issues. Emphasis on remote services -but also do in calls or drop offs. Free Assisted hardware purchasing and research I really enjoy doing that and consider it a great way to build a trusting relationship and loyalty. My Services are dynamic and will grow with my client’s needs and interests. Currently, services tend to be the basics. Anything from infected systems, hardware failure, website & workspace building with Microsoft Office Live, SharePoint site planning & creation, IT purchase advice, home integration , and getting all of your tech working together, in a way that the end user can understand and a language they can recognize.
I don’t scare people for profit. I translate for them and try to be a trusted asset. I place all my attention on the client and will not put anything above that. Helping people get the most out of their computers and tech gadgets is the mission.
